The library is composed of this web site and a CD:ROM series. This site is being made available on the web for easier and up-to-date access to the CC:TRAIN materials to those with suitable Internet connections. For those lower bandwidth Internet connections, the CC:TRAIN training package is also available on CD-ROM.
